SELF DEFENSE & COMBATIVES
Dynamix is a non-sport program designed to help you reach your maximum potential. Utilizing the most effective techniques we teach you to fight back from all levels of defense — standing, kneeling, sitting, and lying down. The primary objective of the program is to help the practitioner utilize 360-degree situational awareness and develop strategic mindset before, during and after the fight. Violent encounters in the real world are never fair: most the times you are outnumbered, and weapons may be deployed at any time. The question is when that time comes are you ready? Are you able to act and not freeze? We provide you with the self-defense skills you can rely on at any time.
DX Combatives bridges all training we offer. At the beginning of each week, we start off our class with a brief discussion about different aspects of personal protection. The topics vary and include awareness, the state laws concerning self-defense, personal conceal carry a weapon, etc. We collaborate with the students to keep the discussions important and interesting. Also each month we choose to focus on a certain skill. Our end goal is to develop a stronger YOU and to help YOU overcome YOUR fears. As you know, the worst thing you can do in a fight is a freeze. We work hard to make sure it does not happen to YOU.

Ground combat provides the ability to fight from the ground regardless if you are on top control or bottom control. Its primary objective is to teach the individual step by step on survival whenever you are being taken down to the ground by a surprise attack. The worst position for any person is to receive strikes that will cause severe damage especially when the strikes are going to the head. Let us show you how you gain the ability to defend yourself from all ground positions.
