DYNAMIX the science of combat

Dynamix is a scientific study of body mechanics operating under stress. DX brings a new perspective to close quarter personal protection integrating the latest and practical techniques, education, physical fitness, ground, and weaponry. DX incorporates both the complexity and the simplicity of self-defense to present adaptable theory and physical skills. Violence carries high impact. Therefore, we don’t study violence to escape it, we study violence to destroy it.

DX is a non-sport program designed to help you reach your maximum potential. Utilizing the most effective techniques we teach you to fight back from all levels of defense — standing, kneeling, sitting, and lying down. The primary objective of the program is to help the practitioner utilize 360-degree awareness and develop strategic mindset before, during and after the fight. Violent encounters in the real world are never fair: most the times you are outnumbered, and weapons may be deployed at any time. The question is when that time comes are you ready? Are you able to act and not freeze? We provide you with the self-defense skills you can rely on at any time.

We believe that thorough and carefully planned technical instruction allows all students to succeed in their training of self-defense. We transform natural flinch responses into effective defensive mechanisms and offensive counterattacks. Dynamix incorporates hand-to-hand combat, weaponry, and ground development to educate students to become silent warriors who respect others, stand for what is right, and protect themselves and those in need.
